Five-Hundred Word Challenge 533: Important Questions

There’s something…. well, something… about watching your hair fall out around you.

Actually, there’s not really anything about it unless it invokes insecurity and paranoia into your being of flesh and mind.

But there certainly is something to it.

What if, for instance, you watched as all your hair fell out over the progress of a day and then at the end of the day you were bald.

Say you woke up, full head of hair, all the hair drops out and then you are as shiny as the rest of the other people without hair. What then? What do you do?

Do you you embrace your genetic destiny and become the hero of the underrepresented, or do you you go on your merry way and slowly take over all that is righteous?

Do you choose a path that manages to subvert both of these options, or do you get on with life?

As you can see, I am asking all of the important questions today.

These are all important questions as… well, they just are. Do not question them.

What if your being bald is just your hair falling out to prepare for a new set of hair, possibly of a different style, but the head forgets to do what it needs to do in order to generate more hair, hence the baldness, but you somehow gain some other sort of new ability that is yet to be tapped into?

What does any of this have to do with anything?

It doesn’t, but at the same time it has everything to do with everything, for it is key to question all that which is in order to know that which is not.

What if all the hair that you lose is trying to return to the earth from whence it came and in resisting the battle between the receding hairline and the ego of the masses, you are denying the natural state of things and thus pushing for a more artificial, built world in which we deny the existence of nature, therefore denying the nature of reality?

What if we really are the masters of our own hair destiny?

There is just not enough time to go over all of the possibilities and I am merely a singular person struggling with trying to find out what is true and what is just.

There is no telling as to how just this really is, but I need to pursue the answers. Surely the hair must know in order to find out as to why it is so denied its ability to just be.

Then again, what if the hair is really trying to migrate to somewhere else and there is no such thing as going bald? What if it really is just a form of losing one’s citizens of their body as the hair has found somewhere else that is much more practical to be for their own safety and survival?

What if all head hair is just a covering?

The time it took to write five-hundred words: 06:32:56

This was partly inspired by my washing my hair this morning, followed by wearing a new beanie.

All rather important stuff.
