On Wednesday afternoon i was on the bus to central in order to get to work.
I was heading from university, so there were a bunch of other students on the bus.
Surprising I know.
So anyway, I was on the bus, the bus reached Central, it stopped and opened the doors. I couldn’t move form my seat as there were people standing in the way.
The kid next to me got up and said “excuse me”.
Fair if I was just sitting there, not doing anything whilst there was space to move.
I told him that I was getting off too and there was no room to move.
I shouldn’t have had to have said that, but apparently some people don;t know how to use their eyes and connect what their seeing with a series of thoughts.
Some space cleared and so I get up and start slowly shuffling my way off the bus. The kid then pushed me.
I turned around and told him to be patient.
The bus then closed its doors as it had to move forward a few metres before continuing to let us off.
Once the doors were open again, some more moving occurred and once again this kid pushed me.
I was considering turning around and having a go at him, but I didn’t as it would have probably been a stupid thing to do, as well as a waste of time.
Once he was off, the kid ran to whichever platform he needed to be on in order to catch his train. At least, that’s what I’m guessing he was running for.
The thing that really pisses me off is that he, like many other people out there, seem to think that it is okay to be pushy and impatient with other people whilst on a bus. Other people could not move as fast as he wanted, so instead of waiting, like everyone else, he decided that it would be best to try and force his way through, which failed.
It’s shitty behaviour.
Why can’t people show a bit more patience? I’d understand if people were really taking their time for no reason, but no one is more important than anyone else when it comes to these situations.
