Walking Across the Dune

This was taken during the most recent field trip to Smiths Lake.

Three people walking across the dune to see what lies beyond before starting research for the day.

I think that the space of this photo gives an idea of how small humans are, as well as the vastness of the area.

I also think that the different textures work well with each other.

This is my entry into Leanne Cole‘s Monochrome Madness for this week.

I recommend checking it out and considering submitting if you are a photographer.
It’s a fun event driven both by Leanne Cole and the small community that participates.

I also recommend that you check out Leanne Cole‘s work outside of Monochrome Madness.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
