It was a foggy morning when this photo was taken, as is evidenced by the fog that is visible within the frame of the scene that was photographed which led to the production of this photo.

I think this shot seems kind of empty.

Clearly there are things happening, but I think that the fog adds a bit of an empty feel to the scene.
