Bondi Icebergs

Another photo featuring Bondi Icebergs, and with a bit of railing in the way, but it sorta kinda makes for some interesting framing… sorta.

I like the sense of isolation that comes through in this photo. It’s almost as though there’s nothing beyond the pool, but the ocean is right there… and a few rocks against the pool’s outer wall too.

This is my submission into the three hundred-and-fourteenth Lens-Artists Photo Challenge. The theme for this one is “Shorelines“.

I feel this image counts as, although it’s not visible in this photo, Bondi Icebergs is part of the shoreline.

The host of the Lens-Artists challenges cycles weekly between the following people:

Tina

Patti

Ann-Christine aka Leya

John Steiner

Sofia Alves

Anne Sandler

Egídio

Ritva

Anne is curating this one. The next one is curated by Ritva.

I recommend participating in the challenges as they provide a fun way to interpret theme. If not participating, then at least you should still check out what others of the Lens-Artists community are submitting.

I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!

Great monochrome. I love the way all the black frames the lighted portion.
