Whilst I was heading somewhere in Redfern to meet up with someone for a nice breakfast last week, I took this shot.

Wait… we’d already met up at this point.

There was another shot that I’d taken and after meeting up with them I asked if it would be alright if I took a few more shots of the same location.

I think that the light and colour balance in this photo is really good.

I also think that, whilst there’s a lot of detail, the photo doesn’t feel cluttered.

To me, it gives a sense of a journey. The city is much closer than it appears, but it still feels like it will take a bit of time.
