Here’s a picture of a fire at Smiths Lake.
You can see how it does not burn out of control.
On the second night of the field trip some of my fellow students had a fire going for some reason.
I took this picture (among others) of it as I liked seeing how the flame moved.
It might also have to do with my lack of seeing fires in person most of the time.
I like how there’s a few trails of flame rising from the main body.
I also like how solid the fire appears.
It seems to be quite intense in its appearance and form.
