There’s a small story behind how I came to take this photo.
I had to take my current laptop into the city as its ability to recharge was failing.
The earliest I could get an appointment at where I had to take my laptop was in the evening, and so in the evening I went.
Thankfully it was just the adapter that needed replacing.
I hurried back to Town Hall Station. However, by the time I reached the entrance I didn’t have enough time to reach the train.
There was someone performing outside of Town Hall. There still was some time before my next train, so I decided to watch the performance before going to the supermarket followed by the train station.
I’m not exactly sure as to how much of this qualifies as a “Candid” photo. The fire juggler was performing to a large audience, so I’m sure that he was aware that people would have been taking photos. However, I don’t think he was aware of my presence.
This is my submission into The sixty-seventh Lens-Artists Photo Challenge.
The challenge is hosted by four people and cycles weekly:
Week 1 – Patti
Week 2 – Ann-Christine aka Leya
Week 3 – Amy
Week 4 – Tina
This week is hosted by Leya and next week’s will be hosted by Amy.
I recommend checking out the challenge to see how people interpret each theme.
I also recommend giving it a go.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

Candid it is – he is not posing for you. Good choice – lucky you missed that train!
