Light Set
This was taken at the bridge where this pelican was spotted. I was trying to get a photo with a lot of space, and I feel I succeeded. This is my submission into Leanne Cole‘s “Monochrome Madness” for this week. PR … Continue reading

Five-Hundred Word Challenge 1590: Cold Misery
Cold weather? At this time of year? In this part of the country? It’s actually more likely than it should be, or something. But it is a cold morning and on a cold morning, one must rug up. As such, … Continue reading

Open Space at the Dunes
Whilst trying to come up with the title for this post I got an idea for a photo. I’ll probably forget the idea at some point, but I’ve squirreled it away. Makes me happy. Anyway, this is a photo of … Continue reading

A bit of Wall and Sky
I took this photo yesterday afternoon shortly after I got home from work. I wanted to capture part of my place’s wall with the sky in it, but I couldn’t at the angle I wanted as there were too many … Continue reading

Traversing Dunes at Dusk
I started this in early January, put it down, then resumed work a few days ago. Don’t know why it took me so long to get around to finishing it, but it did. This is a trace of a photo … Continue reading

Swirl Above
Another photo I’ve been meaning to share for a good few weeks and haven’t… until now. This one I really like, in part due to the minimalism and simplicity of colour, and in part due to how massive the cloud … Continue reading
Filled with Light
Long day. Have cloud. I’ve gotten photos like this one before, and I still like taking them. The appearance as though the cloud is going to be engulfed by something bright within it… it’s interesting to me. I hope you … Continue reading

Five-Hundred Word Challenge 1559: Another Environment Rant
Here I am, writing away. Writing, weaving, writing words, racing the clock. Racing the timer. Don’t know why I am as I don’t feel like doing so at the present moment, but that is what I am doing and doing … Continue reading
Cloud Textures
This isn’t a particularly good photo, but I like the difference in clouds here. There’s this alteration in textures that I like. I’m not sure why; I can’t explain it, but it appeals to me. I hope you enjoy.
