I don’t have to move house.
I found out last week, about an hour after I received my concussion.
I’m quite happy with this and my happiness has been shown by my amazingly reckless spending.

Oh well. Time to start saving again.

It’s pressure and uncertainty I don’t have to deal with any more. That’s the main thing.

I’m considering working on required repairs of my place myself.

Well, some anyway.

The seal around the cistern pipe needs replacing.

My kitchen sink tap leaks so that needs replacing as well.

There’s a retractable shade out the back that is a bit broken but may be able to be repaired. If not, it will also need replacing.

These shouldn’t cost too much. It’ll take some time, but nothing too major.

I’m looking to go back to university next year. I’ll be returning in the second semester at the absolute latest.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete the first semester this year and deferred for the second.
Emotions became too much of a distraction for me to retain enough focus.

I’m going to be resuming work on new music again shortly, as I took a brief break due to being tired most of the time and lacking the concentration I need to spend hours working on something.
I also have to change the drum programming around a bit for the project my Fe and I work on as we still are unable to obtain a drummer, so we want to have the drums sound a bit more interesting until we do. I should have had this finished a few months ago, but I’ve been procrastinating.

I’ll be soon doing a dub jam with Ili (as he’s a drummer) and that will be fun.

A couple of months ago I introduced him to one of my favourite albums and told him of how I wanted to honour it by performing it live and he was down for it. So is Fe. We may need a couple more people but at at least it’s gradually coming to fruition. If we can’t get more people, we can aim to reinterpret the material whilst still remaining true to it. So long as we can honour the band and the album in some way, I’m happy.

It’s going to be a hot day tomorrow, so I’m going to Brighton-Le-Sands in the morning and possibly afternoon as well, depending on how hot it gets. I just need to make sure to get up early enough. The last time I was at Brighton-Le-sands before work, I was in the water for six minutes. If I leave by 5:30am at the absolute latest tomorrow, I’ll be able to have a bit more time.

Ewe gave me an interesting album on Tuesday. The cover is absurd. I found out yesterday that it’s also quite bad.

I’m considering reviewing it. If I do, I’ll provide an image of the cover.

He came over a few minutes after the album finished and requested me to put it on. After some minor protesting, I did.

He asked for me to put something else on about halfway through the first song.
