Embers

This is a photo that was taken shortly after the one I put up two days ago.
It is also my nineteenth entry into Leanne Cole‘s “Monochrome Madness“.

Embers can be really beautiful to see.
Their glow, whilst faint, can be quite comforting.
As with fire, they can be seen as symbolic of a lot of different things.

If I remember correctly, there were no more flames by this point and only the glow was left.

To me, it (kind of) looks like something trying to bury itself.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
