Arch and Cables

Behold!

Another photo of Anzac Bridge at yet another angle you don’t see that often!

Correction: part of the bridge.

This was taken on the same day as the last photo of Anzac Bridge I shared.
There were a few others that were similar to this one, but I’ll share those another time.

I like this one a lot due to the angularity of the cables and the arch.
The cables are, to me, like sails in this image.

I also like that the fairly clear sky allows the arch and cables to stand out more, being stronger in the image than if it had been an overcast day.

It’s difficult to get a shot under the direct centre of the arch as that is where the road runs, but I think I’ve done an okay job in regards to getting as close to the centre as I can.

This is my thirty-ninth entry into Leanne Cole‘s “Monochrome Madness“.
I recommend checking it out.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
