Looking Out From Above the Rocks

I was on the Sydney Harbour Bridge earlier this week.
When leaving, I took this photo.

I think it gives an interesting view of some of the area as the image seems to become about the geometry and lines of what can be seen more than the actual objects themselves.

I think i may have made the image too dark, but I am happy with the result as there’s still a fair bit of tone and the contrast of the sky against everything else works quite well.

This is the photo that I’ve submitted into Leanne Cole‘s Monochrome Madness for this week.

If you like photography, you should check out what other people submit, as well as Leanne’s other work.

I also strongly recommend considering submitting something into Monochrome Madness.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
