It is getting late into the evening and I have chosen to, against all sense of reason and sensibility, stay at university to keep working on the accursed assignment.

well, to be more specific, I am waiting for a model to be completed before I do more work on the assignment, for there is one last thing that needs to be completed before we can continue on our journey to success over the hill that hides the golden dragon of grave success and celebratory party pies.

I should probably go home to rest my mind, although in actuality I have not done as much as I probably could have done up until this point, although I am at least writing a bit more than I usually would which means I’ll be a little more primed to write more when I get home… possibly.

Oh, how I do not want to face the responsibility of doing well with in an assignment that requires the work of a group working together in order to turn in something that we can be as satisfied as possible with due to the ideal of efficient teamwork paying off far more than expected, due to this being the first group that I’ve been a part of that has had to work on an assignment and not had any real dead weight attached to it, which is a somewhat relieving sand terrifying thought at the same time.

I think that it is fair to say that this group is one that I hope I get to work with in the future.

I really don’t have any complaints.
This assignment has been stressful. I cannot deny that as most assignments have moments of stress. I can say with certainty that this has been one of the smoothest assignments I have ever had the pleasure of working on simply due to how my group is operating.

We have clearly defined roles which have allowed for the assignment to be completed much faster than expected. We still have quite a lot of work to go and probably not enough time to hand something in that doesn’t require a fair bit more work, but we are getting through everything quite quickly, don’t have much more data to generate and most of the work that needs to be done is in writing and re-writing.

I think that that may be more than enough time to get everything completed to at least a satisfactory extent.

I’m not sure as to what else I can say. I have really enjoyed this. It probably helps that one of the other people in my team is also a mature-age student and that the remaining person understands that we have experience and wants to work in a team, actively participating in doing stuff and working alongside us instead of deferring everything whilst expecting to do their own thing.

Our goals are clear and that has helped immensely.

Now all we need to do is finish the assignment.
