It’s another Ferris wheel.

However, this time it is one at Luna Park.
How droll.

I think that the colours contrast well with the buildings in the background.
The Ferris wheel cabins appear to be colourful and bright enough, whilst the buildings seem to be dull and almost lifeless.

I like how the frame of the wheel seems to cut into the sky and create its own pattern.
