Cargo Beam

A short long exposure of a cargo train as it passes through Campsie Station.

I had to darken the photo a bit more than I would normally so as to bring out the parts of this photo without everything being too bright.

I like how the cargo train looks almost like a really flat sheet of light. You can tell that it’s moving off into the distance, but at the same time it almost has no depth behind what you see.

I also like how well the shot captures the train’s movement without necessarily stating it, if that makes sense.
