I’m not sure as to what purpose this platform serves.
I’m guessing it has something to do with object movement.
As far as I’m aware, it’s a more recent addition to Balls Head Bay.
I think it’s rather obstructive. I’m sure it serves a somewhat-necessary purpose, but it’s an obstructive object.
