Magpie-Lark

A bird that I don’t get to see around as often as I’d like to believe I’d like.

I was in the Royal Botanic Gardens shortly after 2020 commenced.

I sat by a pond for a while in an attempt to capture fish jumping out of it as it was something I found appealing.

During that time I was fortunate enough to get a few shots of this little bird.

Whilst I would have preferred for the shot to be in better focus, I’m quite happy with the result.

I like the form of the magpie-lark, and how it appears to be looking at something out of frame.

I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
