A Poem About Pushing an Object

This is a subpar metaphor for something I’m doing at the moment.
That said, I like the imagery and the intent.

I hope you enjoy.

I keep on trying
To move an object
That will not budge

It seems foolish
And perhaps it is
From certain views

Despite the energy
I’m expending
I’ll keep trying

If it moves
Ever so slightly
I’ll keep pushing

I can rest
Once it has moved
Far from here

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
