I’m pretty sure the ibis was gliding when I took this photo. Not entirely sure, but pretty sure.

Based on the leg position, it’s possible that the ibis was preparing to land, though as I don’t know much about birds that could be quite incorrect.

I like how this photo gives an idea of how an ibis can move through the air. I also like how this shows the ibis as graceful and majestic, and moving with great ease.
