A Poem About Being Sideways

So right now I’m taking an ear antibiotic due to reasons.
Spend a good few hours with my head tilted, or at least lying sideways whilst I wait for the antibiotic to settle. It’s annoying, but not something I can’t cope with.

Anyway, that was the inspiration behind this scribbling of words.
It’s a mess of a poem. It’s worse than usual.

I hope you enjoy.

At first all seemed level
All made some sense
Then it all tilted
It all went awry
And whilst it all appears on the level
The sensation of angle tells me otherwise

It all feels off
But soon it will end
And begin once more
Later on
For all of this occurs in waves
And yet all still feels unaligned

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
