Looking to the City

A photo taken from the same location as the last one, but this one shows more of the city.
Along with the cloud cover, the city creates a bit of a gloomy feel, I think.
Also a layered feel.

This is my submission into the one hundred-and-seventy-eighth Lens-Artists Photo Challenge.

The theme for this one is “You Choose“.

This isn’t exactly what one might describe as a celebratory photo, but that I am now able to once more and head out to take photos like this is something I feel makes this somewhat-celebratory.

The challenge is hosted by four people and cycles weekly:

Week 1 – Patti

Week 2 – Ann-Christine aka Leya

Week 3 – Amy

Week 4 – Tina

This one is curated by Tina. The next one is curated by Patti.

I recommend participating in the challenges. They’re enjoyable and allow room for interpretation of the theme without straying too far. If you don’t participate, then I recommend that you at least check out what others of the Lens-Artists community are submitting.

I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!

I liked the spot of red in the center of the shot SH. Gives an interesting perspective to the image.
