Zuntata: H.G. Virus

One listen. I have no idea what I wrote. I mean, I know what I wrote, but I also don’t know, you know? Anyway, I think what I wrote works with the song. Not too much, but just enough.

Zuntata’s “H.G. Virus” is from G-Darius‘ soundtrack, G-Darius Original Arcade Score.

I hope you enjoy.

Quick sounds between and through percussion hitting hard, but it all seems percussive in a futuristic rush of sorts. Melodic and hopeful, before pulling back. Something rises. Space. Then there’s a bit of sudden intensity before keys rush on down.

The keys remain and it’s back to something more melodic before a sudden run of strikes, then back to melody again. Sounds pulling back, then more sudden intensity.

And a return to the start, and the sounds operate in brief flashes, it seems. They are urgent and driving, and they push hard to the next moment, push hard, try to find it where they can. One part comes and goes as another comes and goes and it all seems like its in rapid succession. The melodic moments don’t feel relaxed, but they do seem to look for a calm, somewhere among it all. Somewhere in all the sound the calm seems to be there, but everything keeps on pushing and pressing and urging.

Eventually the sounds reach one last rush of keys. Then everything stops and the song ends.
