Ferris Wheel
This is the first Ferris Wheel in Motion of which I have taken a photo. I think I’ve photographed another Ferris Wheel. I know that there has been one as a part of other photos that I’ve taken. Anyway, I … Continue reading

Channel Seven, as Seen on ABC
Whilst wandering around Brisbane at night I took this photo. I have to wonder how much of this was a jerk move on Channel Seven’s part. Anyway… I like the framing of this photo, as well as the trails of … Continue reading

Kurilpa Bridge
Here’s a photo of Kurilpa Bridge in Brisbane, with a little bit of William Jolly Bridge visible in the distance. Kurilpa Bridge is a convenient bridge for pedestrians and cyclists, connecting two precincts together. I heard that this bridge had … Continue reading

Mind the Gap
I took this shot whilst I was waiting for a train at Newtown Station. I think that, due to the angle, the pattern in the blur is captured quite well. There’s a feeling of the train rushing past faster than … Continue reading

Sunset Station
When waiting for the train to take me back home when I was last bushwalking, I took this photo. Whilst I was heading to the station I could see some of the sunset and thought I was going to miss … Continue reading
Toward the City, Toward the Night
Another Long Exposure of a train heading to the city from Erskineville. I think that there’s a nice softness to the colours. I like the sense of motion from the train despise there being a sense of stillness. I like … Continue reading

Mirror Sky
Not quite, but it is above the ground. This was taken near Central Station. I like how there’s a wave-like pattern formed by these panels, as well as patterns of colour and light. I like how the way the ground … Continue reading

The Superstructure of Sydney Harbour Bridge
What a view! Well, it’s another photo of the Sydney Harbour “Bridge“, but I think it’s an interesting photo. The bridge just seems to be hanging there, placed into the photo whilst at the same time feeling like it is … Continue reading

Cables
Here is a shot of… well… cables. I think that they form an interesting pattern and sit well with the sky in the background. I like that, to me, the cables feel smaller than they are. I hope you enjoy.

Departing from Erskineville Station
Recently I found myself once again in Erskineville, so once again I took some photos whilst I was there. I like the contrasting light levels, as well as the blur of the train despite it not going that fast when … Continue reading
