Shade Trails

A photo I took a few weeks ago when I walked from Coogee to Bondi that has quickly become one of my “All-Time Favorites“, although I do wonder as to how long that will last.

There was a recent photo that had the same thing, but this photo was taken shortly beforehand and features the shade trails much more prominently.

As far as I’m aware, I’ve never seen shade trails before.

I found them to be awe-inspiring.

I think they work well with the scattering of the clouds which (to me) appear to mostly be massive in this shot.

I think that the different blues help to accentuate some of the textures and help bring everything together in a cohesive manner.

This is my submission into The Daily Post‘s final photo challenge.

I hope you enjoy.
