Cunjevoi found at the rocky intertidal zone of Maroubra.
They appear to be something akin to rock, but a rock they are not.
Some people might find them unsightly, but I think they’re pretty fascinating.
Sometimes “Small is Beautiful” and I think that in a way this applies for cunjevoi.
They’ve some interesting textures and shape to them and in this photo they seem to form a nice, flowing pattern.
This is my submission into the Lens-Artists Photo Challenge for this week.
This challenge is hosted by four people and cycles weekly:
Week 1 – Patti of https://pilotfishblog.com/
Week 2 – Ann-Christine aka Leya of https://lagottocattleya.wordpress.com/
Week 3 – Amy of https://shareandconnect.wordpress.com/
Week 4 – Tina of https://travelsandtrifles.wordpress.com/
This week is hosted by Amy and next week’s will be hosted by Tina.
I suggest following and considering participating, but also seeing how other people have responded to the photo challenge from The Daily Post ending.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

Reminds me of our trip to Maine. I found them fascinating too👍👍
