Another Urban Sprawl

This was taken a few weeks ago during a series of events that led to being rather tired.

There’s a bit of colour in this photo, but the whole thing feels pretty dreary, in part due to the pointlessly large casino being visible (among other large structures) and in part due to the cloud cover.

This is my submission into the one hundred-and-seventy-seventh Lens-Artists Photo Challenge.

The theme for this one is “Celebrating“.

This isn’t exactly what one might describe as a celebratory photo, but that I am now able to once more and head out to take photos like this is something I feel makes this somewhat-celebratory.

The challenge is hosted by four people and cycles weekly:

Week 1 – Patti

Week 2 – Ann-Christine aka Leya

Week 3 – Amy

Week 4 – Tina

This one is curated by Amy. The next one is curated by Tina.

I recommend participating in the challenges. They’re enjoyable and allow room for interpretation of the theme without straying too far. If you don’t participate, then I recommend that you at least check out what others of the Lens-Artists community are submitting.

I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!

Well SH, not your usually positive commentary! Hope you’re feeling a bit revived since this one, and that the seasonal spirit catches up with you!
