Coastal Landscape
I think the clouds are a bit too bright but otherwise I like how this photo turned out. The landscape underneath feels expansive and small, hilly and flat, and there’s a nice blend of vegetation and rock. It also displays … Continue reading

Trees Under a Dulling Sky
I really like how this image turned out. In a way it feels dramatic and moody but I feel that those are muted, much like the colour in the sky. This is close to night and so there’s a little … Continue reading

Henry Head Lighthouse
Ah, Henry Head Lighthouse, the lighthouse of Henry Head. Perhaps I let too much light into this photo as the lighthouse is brighter than it should be, but I do like the framing of the shot. I hope you enjoy.

A Path on the Border
This photo is less about the path and more about the scene, but what a scene. Okay, so maybe it’s not the best scene in the world but I think there’s a nice balance in what is visible. I hope … Continue reading

Some Rocky Coastline
Three photos taken around La Perouse. I like coastal areas and I tried to frame these in specific ways for specific reasons related to an idea I had. I think there’s a nice balance of colour and space in these … Continue reading

Bridge to Cape Banks
This bridge is visible in the previous photo I shared. I was trying to capture the bridge and Cape Banks at a particular angle and I almost pulled it off. Sort of get a sense of size and distance. Sort … Continue reading

The Path to Cape Banks
A couple of days ago I was walking around La Perouse. There was a lighthouse there that I wanted to see and take photos of which I did and I also wanted to go for a walk that wasn’t around … Continue reading

Among Floating Plants
This one is probably not a good photo, but I like how there’s almost a kind of pattern within the plants but it’s disturbed by a duck just being there. I hope you enjoy.

A Great Amount of Green
A lot of green in this photo. Perhaps more green than birds. Not sure what to say on this one. Pretty happy with the angle; not so much the view of this small bit of environment. Too much cover on … Continue reading
Three Geese
When I saw these geese I tried to frame them in a particular way as I like how they were positioned on the incline. There was something about it that appealed to me. I think it may have had to … Continue reading
