Sunset From Pirrama Park

Here’s my second sacrifice in learning processing.

On Saturday I went to Pirrama Park to take a few photos as well as try my hand at getting shots for working with HDR (something else I want to do).

I ended up toying around with one of the images, first working on the sharpness and noise reduction. Then I decided I wanted to try and get it close to looking somewhat washed out and hard (I think).

I like how it turned out, but I prefer how the water looks in the original.

I also like how the colours and cloud detail turned out in both.

Anyway, here’s the original and the processed photo.

I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
