Five-Hundred Word Challenge 326: A Lovely Morning for Sculpture by the Sea

It is a lovely morning this morning and I will be going to see Sculpture by the Sea for the first time in a while.

Exams are coming up, but I don’t care! It is time to relax, or something.

I want to see what people have put out into the world and see how they comment on their surroundings.

I want to look at all the things that people have made and take photos. Lots and lots of photos.

There will be so many photos, that I will have taken too many. Oh no!

It is that time of year where I should be studying hard, but right now I feel as though I need a day of very little study. However, there will be study involved a little later on in the day.

It is currently dark in my room. That is due to the blinds being down. They block the light and prevent it from getting inside.

It is keeping my room nice and cool and I don’t mind that too much.

In fact, you could say that I don’t mind that at all.

It will be a lovely day that involves the viewing of sculptures as well as a quick swim at a beach of mutual choosing between two individuals.

The water will be nice and I am looking forward to the swim. It is possible that I am looking forward to the swim more than I am looking forward to being at Sculpture by the Sea, but at the same time it is possible that I am looking forward to the latter more, or perhaps I am looking forward to both equally.

Who knows? It is a mystery at the moment. It is a mystery that shall be unraveled by the time I am where I am going this early morning.

There is so much mystery that the only way it can be found out is by going to the location.

Once there, there will be knowledge revealed as I walk across the sands toward some sort of thing that is ahead of me.

Alright, so I am rambling right now. That’s okay.

I probably should be doing other things, but this is once more for warming up rather than getting the stream-of-consciousness writing trained and sharpened, like a beak on a bird of prey as it soars through the air, waiting for the right time to strike its target, then taking a  dive faster than most people usually move, cutting through the air as though it was sliding around in velvet cloth before catching its prey with the grace of something that is far more graceful than I could ever be.

Yes, that’s exactly what this is like.

Well, I guess I should start getting ready, for there is much to do and little time to do it all.

Yes, that is what I will do. Very shortly. For now, I must finish this off with some words that help tie this all together.

The time it took to write five-hundred words: 06:49:78

So I didn’t really have anything to write about.

Surprising I know.

Eh. this was alright. Could have been better, but it is alright.

Written at home.
