Do not go Near the Edge

A fairly informed message.

It probably has a lot to do with how close I was to the scene, but I like how much the sign stands out and clashes with the scenery.

I do think that, aside from the ocean there’s a bit of depth in this photo.

There’s not much light and shade tone but I think that plenty of texture can still be discerned.

This is my entry into Leanne Cole‘s Monochrome Madness for this week.
The reason that this one is of a boat is that the theme for this week is “Boats” due to this being the first Thursday of the month, as every first Thursday of the month is a themed M.M.

If you are a photographer, then I recommend checking out Monochrome Madness and consider participating in the event. It’s been going for a few years now and it’s a fun way to be part of a small photography community.

I also recommend that you check out Leanne’s work outside of Monochrome Madness.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

About Stupidity Hole

I'm some guy that does stuff. Hoping to one day fill the internet with enough insane ramblings to impress a cannibal rat ship. I do more than I probably should. I have a page called MS Paint Masterpieces that you may be interested in checking out. I also co-run Culture Eater, an online zine for covering the arts among other things. We're on Patreon!
