Taken near where I live.
It wasn’t this dark when I took the photo, but as I didn’t have my tripod I shot the image a faster speed than I think I wanted. I think it works a bit better in terms of scene and mood.
The suggestion of encroaching night is overt. Whilst there is a high level of darkness in the image, colour still holds a prominence and draws the eye.
