Interesting fact: This flower is not native to Brisbane, but it doesn’t matter.
I like that this sculpture seems to be taller than all that is around it, despite it clearly not being taller than the buildings.
It stands out well among the rigid geometry of the buildings, a beautiful flower tall in a growing metropolis.
