Over the Edge

This is a waterfall near Knights Hill.

Although this image is a bit busy, I still like the level of detail.

I also like that even though you can’t see the water falling, it is still clear where that part of the waterfall begins… kind of.

If I remember correctly, the water fell only a very short distance, then flowed a distance of roughly the same length as the fall before commencing its greater drop.

I think that this photo has a clear display of “Harmony” in nature, despite the water gradually eroding away the rock.

This is my submission into The Lens-Artists Photo Challenge.

The challenge is hosted by four people and cycles weekly:

Week 1 – Patti

Week 2 – Ann-Christine aka Leya

Week 3 – Amy

Week 4 – Tina

This week is hosted by Tina and next week’s will be hosted by Patti.

Please check out the challenges and consider submitting and seeing how other people interpret them.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

Being in nature does give me a sense of harmony too. I love the power and majesty of waterfalls too…even the smaller ones. 🙂 Enjoy your time in nature this week…
