I’ve no idea as to who this is.
I do like how it draws attention though.
Perhaps that has to do with it being colourless.

Capiche is a Sydney-based artist, I read now. I don’t know who the guy is though. To me he is a mix of Michael Stipe of R.E.M. and actor Jason Stratham.
