With this photo, I like how the sky is getting covered by the clouds.
I think it provides a strong sense of transition to night.
Considering the time of day this photo shows, that’s probably an obvious thing, but I feel it shows well here.
This is my submission into the one hundred-and-eighty-first Lens-Artists Photo Challenge.
The theme for this one is “Double Dipping“.
As is with the theme, I’m also linking to Nancy Merrill Photography, a photographer who also runs a challenge. At the moment the current challenge there is “View” and I feel this photo also fits. With that said, this challenge is one to check out.
The host of the Lens-Artists challenges cycles weekly between the following people:
Week 1 – Patti
Week 2 – Ann-Christine aka Leya
Week 3 – Amy
Week 4 – Tina
This one is curated by Tina. The next one is curated by Patti.
This year three people are joining the Lens-Artists team:
Sofia Alves of Photographias
Anne Sandler of Slow Shutter Speed
John Steiner of Journeys with Johnbo
As such the above hosting order is likely to change.
I recommend participating in the challenges. They’re enjoyable and allow room for interpretation of the theme without straying too far. If you don’t participate, then I recommend that you at least check out what others of the Lens-Artists community are submitting.
I hope you enjoy.
Beautiful picture, love the sun light reflecting off the clouds. So pretty!
