One listen for this one. This is a song I’ve wanted to write about for a while but I feel it’s one that I wasn’t sure I could do well. I think I may have been right about that hesitation, … Continue reading
Junya Nakano: Phantoms
One listen for this one. I started this yesterday evening but I wasn’t satisfied with what was coming forward. I think I may have been too tired last night and so writing was a struggle. This came a lot easier … Continue reading

Orbital: Dŵr Budr
This one was easy in parts and difficult in others. I think I started thinking too much at points; I’m not sure. Anyway, this sort of gets an idea of the song across. There are some parts here that work … Continue reading

Black Swan in the Rain
This was one of the swans I saw on my birthday. It was keeping an eye on me, which I imagine was due to making sure I didn’t get too close to its child. I like how still it appears … Continue reading
At the Step
Another photo of these two swans (previous ones here). I like this photo but I’m not sure I can explain as to why. I think it has to do with the colour balance and the simplicity of the scene, but … Continue reading

Cygnet in the Rain
A few weekends ago I headed out for breakfast with my partner and my friend. After eating we went to Centennial Park for a short period of time. It was raining and it felt relaxing to be in the park … Continue reading

FRM: Endless Lines
One listen for this one. This was the artist I thought I was writing about before. Due to that I decided to write about this song now and I don’t think that was a good idea. I was hoping to … Continue reading
