More of the Northern Water Feature

This was taken back in June on the same day as these photos.
This one was taken a little over a week later.

I feel as though this is a peaceful scene of more of The Northern Water Feature.
A good portion of what is visible feels still and perhaps quiet.

I think rendering this in monochrome worked out for the best. It brought out more of the tone and made the image less harsh on the eyes.

This is my submission into the one hundred-and-sixty-fifth Lens-Artists Photo Challenge.

The theme for this one is “Going Wide“.

The challenge is hosted by four people and cycles weekly:

Week 1 – Patti

Week 2 – Ann-Christine aka Leya

Week 3 – Amy

Week 4 – Tina

This one is curated by Patti. The next one is curated by Leya.

I recommend participating in the challenges. They’re enjoyable and allow room for interpretation of the theme without straying too far. If you don’t participate, then I recommend that you at least check out what others of the Lens-Artists community are submitting.

I hope you enjoy.

The northern water feature does look peaceful here and I looked at the image you had linked – “in a row” and wows – quite a different take 😉

Intriguing scene, SH. I looked at your earlier shot of the water feature and couldn’t believe the difference! Wow.
