A Sprawl From Afar
A photo of Sydney CBD (as well as some surrounding suburbia) from a distance. I think this photo makes the area look less compressed than usual, which probably is in part due to some suburban structure visible in the shot. … Continue reading
Into the Fog
Here is a photo of Bennelong Bridge (and some of what lies beyond it) partially obscured by fog. This was taken a few days ago. There was a thick fog in the area I was in and so I took … Continue reading

Under an Umbrella
Here’s a photo I took of a friend of mine. There was water coming from the coal loader opening above (it had been a rainy day) so I got my friend to stand under it with the umbrella. We also … Continue reading

Outer Side of Watsons Bay
It had been a while since I was last in Watsons Bay. Here is a photo showing a small part of the side that faces the ocean. This is a really simple and bright photo, I think. There isn’t much … Continue reading

Rhodes in the Afternoon
Here’s a photo of Rhodes. This is similar to the last photo shared, though perhaps this one is much more dramatic due to the lighting and the colour of the buildings. I hope you enjoy.

A Small Part of Homebush Bay
I like the reflection in this photo as it reminds me of an audio waveform. I also like the detail in what is visible coming through. Especially the boat wrecks. I hope you enjoy.

Horse Heads
Another photo of part of The Archibald Memorial Fountain (previous parts here and here). When I took this photo I was trying to capture the symmetry. I think I came close to what I wanted. I like how this image … Continue reading

Lady and Heron
It has been a while since I last took a photo of The Lewis Wolf Levy Fountain. I think the lady is trying to keep the object in her hand away from the heron. I think this due to the … Continue reading

Five-Hundred Word Challenge 893: Five Seconds
A bit of a cough but then it’s all getting up and zooming about. Cramming as much as one can into a small gap of five seconds. Perhaps after that point the day will take off and maybe go a … Continue reading
Behind Trees
Another sunset at Smiths Lake. This one is a bit less dramatic than ones I’ve shared of this part of Smiths Lake. It also feels like a quiet part of the sunset. Sort of peaceful and calm. I hope you … Continue reading
