So there was this frog and it was sitting by a river, doing the things that a frog does. What it was doing seemed unknowable, but I imagine that with enough studying of the frog and its actions (as well as other frogs and also their actions in order to get a better idea of what frogs likely do when they do the things that they do) people would be able to know what it is that the frog was doing. If people knew what the frog was doing, then perhaps the unknowable would then become knowable which of course would be a great boon to knowing what it is that frogs do. At the very least it would be easier to make an inference regarding what it is that this frog was doing. That would probably be helpful and conducive to the study of frogs, which I believe falls under the scientific branch known as herpetology. Knowing more about the frog and what it is and isn’t doing would allow for people to make better-informed actions regarding when and when not to disturb a frog.
This frog did not want to be disturbed, but of course as the people who disturbed the frog did not know that it did not want to be disturbed due to not knowing enough about what it was and was not doing disturbed it, the frog had its desire to not be disturbed disrespected, which led to some modicum of displeasure as the frog wanted to be left alone to sit there and do the things that it wanted to do. Perhaps it wanted to keep those things unknown. It was difficult to tell, but the damage had been done and it was far too late to go back and undisturb the frog. The action had been completed and that was the end of that. It was now a part of that frog’s existence and there was nothing that it could do to change that. Just as much it was part of the lives of the disturbers also, and they too could not undo the disturbing that had been done.
And so the frog was airlifted by hand and raised to a position where communication with the people would be much easier.
With a great deal of vexation across the face of the frog, it did verily say to the people “Unhand me please, for I am looking to be left alone and do the things for which at the moment only I can know, and this process has been rather interrupting and I may have to resume from the very beginning of my doing of the things that I was doing”, to which one of the people responded “I am rather sorry, for I was not aware of your doing of the things to which I know not of now but may in the future”, followed by the lowering of the frog.
And so the frog sat and recommenced doing its frog things.

I think this is wonderfully silly and rambling.
If I spent time on this outside of the challenge’s constraints, then I imagine it would would read much better. Still, rather happy with how it turned out.
